Upon confirmation a deposit of 25% will be processed to your credit card. There is a $100.00 processing fee for any reservations canceled. The remainder of the deposit will be returned only if and when the cottage is re-booked.
Price does not include a 15% HST tax and is based on a 2(1 Bedroom), 4(2 Bedroom), 6(3 Bedroom), and 8(4 Bedroom) person occupancy. $15 for an additional person per night.
A friendly and well-behaved pet is accepted with a fee of $10 per night or $50 per week.
Please no smoking indoors or loud events.
Minimum Stay required: 3 days or call.

Cancellation Policy
To further streamline our services to our guests we are providing new procedures to our Cancellation Policy, affective immediately.
A deposit of 25% of the reservation is required in advance. There is a non-refundable $100 processing fee for any cancellation.
To cancel a reservation, please allow 30 days notice prior to scheduled check in date to qualify for the full refund of the deposit (minus $100 processing fee).
Cancelling between 14-30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 25% of the reservation on your credit card.
Cancelling between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation on your credit card.
Cancelling less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge the 100% of the reservation on your credit card.
Any 'No Shows’ or failure to inform us of a cancellation, you will be charged the 100% of the reservation on your credit card.
Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
